In November 2005, PtS property acquired the Victoria Works site which is situated on Barbauld Street in the heart of Warrington town centre. In mid 2006 we acquired the former school room and council offices on Cairo Street which together make this scheme viable and significant.

Victoria Works was constructed in the early 1900's and is currently in a dilapidated condition. A replacement scheme will aim to mirror the style of the building and create a similar look and feel.

The former School Room and former Council Offices on Cairo Street and stylish buildings and, whilst they are in a poor state when they are rebuilt the development will come to life.

We are currently preparing a scheme for 24,000 sq.ft. of offices and associated retail which will be submitted for planning in April 2012.
