In November 2005, PtS property acquired the Victoria Works site which is situated on Barbauld Street in the heart of
Warrington town centre. In mid 2006 we acquired the former school room and council offices on Cairo Street which together
make this scheme viable and significant.
Victoria Works was constructed in the early 1900's and, whilst it is in poor condition, it offers a quite unique and interesting space. In
particular the frontage to Barbauld Street which is in the "art-deco" style, when refurbished, will be very attractive.
The former School Room and former Council Offices on Cairo Street and stylish buildings and, whilst they are in a poor state when the
School Room is rebuilt as offices and the Council Offices refurbished as restaraunts the development will come to life.
